STACK does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There is no account, no login, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDK of any kind. The app contains no networking code, so nothing can leave your device even in principle.

What is stored

One number: your best height, saved on your device using Apple’s standard UserDefaults storage so the game can show it next time you play. It never leaves the device and is not associated with you, your device, or any identifier.

Deleting the app deletes it. You can also erase it at any time from Settings → Delete all my data.

What is not collected

• No name, email address, or contact details
• No location
• No device identifiers or advertising identifiers
• No usage analytics, crash reporting, or telemetry
• No photos, contacts, microphone, or camera access — the app requests no permissions at all

Children

STACK is suitable for all ages and is rated 4+. Because it collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children. It complies with COPPA and with UK and EU GDPR requirements for children by virtue of collecting no data at all.

Third parties

There are none. No advertising networks, no analytics providers, no payment processors, no cloud services.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new “last updated” date.
